Shrimp Bisque Cooking Demo & Lunch

"New To You" Seafood & Wine

Join us for a tasting of 5 different dishes featuring popular seafood from around the world that may be just "new to you".

Featuring: whole sardines, octopus, mackerel, barramundi, sea urchin roe...and of course, 5 spectacular wines to sample as well!

Oyster Shucking Contest

Each competitor will shuck 6 oysters at a time and the cleanest, fastest plate will be declared the winner!

Competitors receive 50% off oysters that night to celebrate (or commiserate).
