Louis Simao & Brian Quebec are bringing some New Orleans creole/zydeco music to the party from 6pm to 9pm.

Watch our staff shuck oysters to learn the how-to - and then sit back and enjoy a varietyof different oyster recipes and sip on some of the best wines to pair for these tasty jewels of the sea.

Join guest Chef Simon for a fun and informative cooking demonstration and then sit down and enjoy your lunch with a perfectly-paired glass of wine for lunch afterwards.
