We want to show you how to increase your flavour profile while giving you pairing suggestions to make for an even better dining experience, whether you are at home or out on the town.

Oysters & Bubbles Class
You love them. You slurp them. You just need to know how to shuck them.
Join us for our favourite food & wine class that has you actively participating in your own food preparation.
Learn to shuck oysters and then sit back and enjoy your handmade oyster platter while you learn about and sip on some of the best wine pairings for these tasty jewels of the sea.
Your class ticket includes 5 wine samples, 12 oysters, half-price oysters for the remainder of the evening and you can take home your oyster shucking tool set at the end of the class!
