Louis Simao & Brian Quebec are bringing some New Orleans creole/zydeco music to the party from 6pm to 9pm.

Join us for a fun and delicious SHELL-abration of all things oysters!
Watch our staff shuck oysters to learn the how-to - and then sit back and enjoy a varietyof different oyster recipes and sip on some of the best wines to pair for these tasty jewels of the sea.

We will be making only a set number of Seafood Towers for Two for this one evening only!

Many of us enjoy a glass of wine with our seafood, but may not know what wines work best with what dish.
Wine flavours can bring out the best in food, and seafood is no exception.
We want to show you how to increase your flavour profile while giving you pairing suggestions to make for an even better dining experience, whether you are at home or out on the town.
