Well, we think it's time to bring that back.

Introducing Uncorked & Unattached, a brand-new series of intimate singles cocktail socials at Wander, designed to bring interesting people together in real life.

No speed dating.

No awkward interviews.

No pressure to find your soulmate before last call.

Just good wine, great cocktails, interesting conversation and a little help breaking the ice.

Three Nights. Three Age Groups. Plenty of Possibilities.

We know that dating at 32 can look a little different from dating at 48.

Or 62, for that matter.

So rather than throwing everyone into one big singles mixer and hoping for the best, we're hosting three separate evenings, each with its own personality and activities.

💋 A Little Chemistry | Ages 30–40

Good Wine. Bad Pickup Lines. Better Possibilities.

A playful, slightly cheeky cocktail social for singles who are ready to put down their phones and meet someone in person.

We'll have our Red Flag / Green Flag Board (because everyone has opinions about dating), along with Find Your Perfect Pour, a fun way to discover your wine personality and strike up a conversation.

A little flirting? Encouraged. Questionable pickup lines? Entirely optional.

🍷 Vintage Chemistry | Ages 40–55

Good Wine. Great Conversation. New Possibilities.

You've lived a little. You know what you like. And you've probably figured out that good conversation is considerably more attractive than a perfectly curated dating profile.

This evening is all about relaxed mingling, interesting people and genuine connections.

Our What's Your Vintage? wine personality cards and Conversation Menu will help get things started, without turning the evening into an organized dating game.

Because sometimes the best connections happen when you're simply enjoying yourself.

🥂 The Good Years | Ages 55+

A Little Older. A Lot More Interesting.

Who decided that meeting someone new has an age limit?

Certainly not us.

Whether you're newly single, have been happily independent for years or are simply ready to meet some new people, this evening is designed for good company and new possibilities.

We'll have a few lighthearted conversation starters, including our Common Ground Challenge and Stories Worth Sharing cards.

Nothing complicated. Nothing embarrassing. Just a welcoming evening with people who have a few stories of their own.

And perhaps a few new ones waiting to happen.

💌 One More Glass? We've Thought of That, Too.

Ever met someone interesting and then spent the rest of the evening wondering whether you should ask for their number?

We've got a little something for that.

At each event, guests can choose to participate in our One More Glass? — The Wander Chemistry Card experience.

Here's how it works.

Everyone receives a guest number.

At the end of the evening, you can privately write down the numbers of up to three people you'd enjoy seeing again.

If the interest is mutual, and you've both given us permission, we'll introduce you by email the following day.

No public announcements.

No embarrassing rejections.

No awkward follow-up calls from us.

After that? You're on your own.

We're a wine bar, not a dating agency. 😉

And if you'd rather exchange numbers the old-fashioned way, by all means.

We certainly won't stop you.

No Pressure. No Labels. Just People.

Our priority is bringing together an interesting mix of people within each advertised age group and creating a comfortable environment for everyone.

🎟️ A Great Night Out for $35

Each Uncorked & Unattached event is $35 per person, including a $25 bar credit to enjoy food and drinks during the evening.

The remaining $10 covers the organization, hosting and little extras that help make the evening something more than just another night at the bar.

We're keeping attendance intentionally limited so there's room to mingle, move around and actually have a conversation without shouting across a crowded room.

Advance registration is required, and each age group has its own event listing.

And yes, if you're right on the edge of two age groups, you can choose whichever one feels like the better fit.

Your Next Great Connection Probably Isn't Hiding in Your Phone.

We can't promise romance.

We can't promise fireworks.

And we definitely can't promise that everyone will have excellent taste in music.
