The best part of the day might be the part before dinner.

 

Across Europe, Apéro is that lovely little pause between the workday and whatever comes next — a drink, a few bites, good conversation and absolutely no need to rush home just yet.

 

At Wander, we’ve made it a daily ritual.

 

From 3–5pm, settle in with a glass of wine, a proper cocktail and a few Apéro bites made for snacking and sharing.

 

Come straight from work.

Meet a friend you haven’t seen in too long.

Start date night early.

Sit at the bar by yourself and pretend you’re somewhere in Europe.

 

No big occasion. No elaborate plans.

 

Just two very good hours in the afternoon.

 

Why 3–5pm?

 

Because not every night out needs to start at 6pm.

 

Apéro is for the “I deserve a little something after today” crowd.

The early date.

The catch-up that turns into another glass.

The people who would rather have a martini and something salty at 4pm than wait around for dinner.

 

Think of it as your permission slip to clock out — mentally, at least.

 

A little sip.

A little snack.

A little escape.

 

Expect a rotating selection of wines by the glass, classic and seasonal cocktails, and European-inspired snacks and small plates — including a few things you’ll only find during Apéro.
