About the event
This is the night to awaken your senses and try something new.
7-course pairings featuring mew flavours, new ingredients - and if you dare - new wine pairings.
Includes: 7-course tasting menu, optional wine pairings
Menu:
- Roasted Asparagus, Spanish Onion Tartlet, Herb Chevre, Fennel Foam
- Oysters and hush puppies, remoulade
- Halloumi fries, sumac, zaatar yogurt, pomegranate syrup
- Octopus, smoked fingerling potatoes, tomato sauce
- Pasta with crispy artichoke, caper lemon sauce
- Rabbit - stuffed poached loin, confit leg, rabbit & bacon pressé
- Quindim (Brazilian Coconut Egg Custard)
