We love ham!

We are closing in on the last week of April and these rainy days have us craving comfort foods… and anything with cheese and ham seems to be fitting the bill.

Our popular Cubano Flatbread has been selling like hot cakes and a few people have been adding an ounce or two of Iberico ham to their orders of Pan Con Tomate (our favourite!).

With our lunch feature this week also featuring gooey cheese sauce and ham in a heavenly Croque Monsieur (or Madame, if you dare!), we think you can bring a friend for lunch today and share all three!

A perfect wine pairing suggestion? A dry riesling is fruity enough to balance out all the saltiness and is like biting into a fresh piece of green apple.
