With this new requirement, PHSD is asking people to limit gatherings.

We require proof of vaccination to dine in our premises.
We ask all guests to complete an online medical questionnaire.
We collect contact information from all households who dine with us.
We clean and sanitize all surfaces regularly.
All of our staff are fully vaccinated.
We test ourselves and our staff using Rapid Antigen Tests every week.
We encourage our staff to stay home with even the smallest cold symptom.
We have had a large air purifier in our bar for over a year now that purifies the air in all 900 sq.ft. of our dining area.
